Yes it csn: Vertigo is a clinical symptom. It is often a sign of infection or pressure in the inner ear. It can also be a sign of blood flow problems in the back part of the brain. Cold stress can cause these symptoms to occur and warn you that something is not right. A thorough medical evaluation would be appropriate.

I have been experiencing dizziness - like vertigo for the past 3 days. I also presented with a mild cough (itchy chest) 2 days ago. I feel tired and generally under the weather. I did travel recently (by plane) on 17th December to JHB.
