NEED NEURO EXAM NOW: Since you have numbness intermittently in the legs your back pain may represent a serious spinal disorder. You should be referred by your PCP to a neurosurgeon or neurologist for examination and spinal imaging. You have not provided enough information at this point for a diagnosis. The diagnosis must precede the cure.
