Possibly: Possibly your body might notice a change if missing a dose of wellbutrin, (bupropion) but get back on your daily schedule and you should be okay.

Wellbutrin (bupropion): Depends on how long u have been on it, & what other medicines u take, but generally speaking, u should be just fine if you resume your daily dose. Missing just 1 dose is of no concern, but please do let your doc. Know.
