Pancreatitis: Abdominal pain radiating to the back, nausea/vomiting, elevated amylase/lipase, abdominal ct scan.

Pancreatitis : The inflamed pancreas is liberating amylase and lipase in the blood flow. However you need to see a pancreas expert who will order more blood test and eventual imaging.
