Urethra: Based on the description probably likely to be from urethra due to urethritis, any trauma. Can also be after passing a stone.

See below: May come from any point along urinary tract: penis, prostate, bladder, ureter(s), kidney(s). See pcp/urologist for urinalysis, possible prostate exam, possible cystoscopy. Might be penis trauma, prostatitis, bladder stones/ tumor/infection, stone in ureter or kidney, kidney infection.
