Go to hospital now: Get a hold of your doctor and tell him/her your sugar. Maybe s/he can meet you in the office now. But chances are s/he will recommend that you go to emergency department now for fluids & insulin. It's important to find out why your sugars got so high - infection? Or poor food choices or forgot to take insulin. Regardless, sugar over 600 can't be managed online via internet. Get your care in person.
