Nothing wrong!: Well, aside from that, gastritis/esophageal reflux etc can lead to stomach pains. Gallbladder problems (typically in right upper quadrant) can cause problems w/eating & drinking. So can pancreatitis, more in midline. Consider getting a 2nd opinion from a gastroenterologist.
