Probably not, but: Only a pregnancy test will allow you to know for sure. The do-it-yourself kits from the drugstore are pretty accurate, but for the best and most definitive test, as well as ability to have an expert physician evaluate your change in menstrual habits, see your ob/gyn and have yourself checked. In the meantime, just in case, avoid alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and take a prenatal vitamin!
