Stuffy nose 1 month: Most infants have a stuffy nose. Unfortunately, they are only able to breathe through their noses, not their mouths, unless they are crying. Try suctioning her / his nose with a bulb suction and rinsing with a couple drops of saline nasal spray. If breathing becomes labored, in any way, go see your child's pediatrician.

Temp is normal: The first months are troubled by narrow nasal passages & exposure to dust, fragrances, smoke & other irritants aggravate the problem.Baby tries to flush these out of the nose with mucous but this often ends as congestion & cough & produces rattling with breathing. The best rx is washing out the nose with saline & suctioning the remainder. Eliminate irritants from babies environment
