Neuro disease: Your description sounds like neurologic or psychiatric disease and you need urgent evaluation. I would recommend going to the er as soon as possible.

Hi i have recently struggling with lightheadedness, checked my blood pressure and suger always normal. few days ago i was driving and i had a moment of disorientation. i couldnt recognise where i was or how i got ther but it was a road i drive daily?
I have pain over my right eye, my nose and my forehead, I am also feeling disoriented. I have never had any sinus problems. I do have lupus, high blood pressure and have had heart bypass in the past. It even hurts when i put on my glasses.
