Many things!: But which works best for you is the question for any therapist includes various steroids, tar, zinc, ultraviolet light, etc. Systemic agents include methotrexate, sulfasalazine, antibiotics, antifungals, azothioprine, and cyclosporine. Then we have injectible Methotrexate and the tnf-agents. Selenium shampoo may help the scalp psoriasis, as does zinc & tar!
