On the 13th of october pregnancy test came out negative, found out last friday im pregnant how far along could i be?

Last menstrual : Period. The length of pregnancy is measured from the last menstrual period. Another way to assess is by ultrasound. It is usually difficult to pin down the date of conception. You could have been pregnant on oct 13 but it may have been too early for the pregnancy test. Wish you a healthy baby!
