You may have: A herpes infection, a first time infection can give u those symptoms( hopefully u do not have that) or u could have another type of infection or irritation, a nd u could have a UTI if the sxs are not caused by herpes, so u need an exam , culture for herpes and other bacteria and a urinalysis and culture so u need to see a gyn.

Bladder infection: Your symptoms are consistent with a bladder infection and you should get checked. The sores are probably abrasions that will heal with vaseline.
