Would zithromax react with methodone or or predni zone and make you feel sedated?

Not sedation : Interaction between Azithromycin and methadone(at > 200mg/day) may result in cardiac complication not sedation. Report any fainting/feeling of fainting immediately. Drowsiness has been reported in < 1% with Azithromycin ( last in system ~68hrs). Methadone causes drowsiness but tolerance usually develops within a few days, so please report any excessive sleepiness to you doctor for immediate care.

Not Sure: Your question is complex: you require broad-spectrum antibiotics and are also taking a potent narcotic..As well as an immune system suppressant..For some sort of inflammatory problem. In that you are dealing with multi-system issues (and almost certainly have one or more mds assisting you) this question should be addressed specifically to them.
