i have a sore lump on my spine. i just felt a small bulge this am and now it's a little bigger already. sore to the touch. i didn't hit it on anything?

See Your Doctor: A "bump" which is sore and getting bigger needs to be evaluated. It is most likley a skin infection but the fact that it is tender and getting bigger warrants evaluation. See your doctor as soon as possible.
