Yes: Most people will have only 2-3 hours of bowel activity after many of the preps and should get a good nights rest. Ask your doctor.

That's the point: Unfortunately the goal of the prep is to completely clear your large intestines of fecal matter. And since there is only one exit.... Just remember why you are doing it. Good luck!
