Few years ago i had a cyst on my face that i popped and it has left a scar on my face with a hardened ball like skin. can it be removed and cleared. ?

Cyst: This could be scar tissue from the inflammation and the squeezing. It could still be the cyst under the skin. There should be treatment available. Ask your doctor to check it and they may refer you to a plastic surgeon or dermatologist if they don't treat this problem.

Scar treatment: Scars can be treated with intralesional steroid injection, excision, laser, etc. It is often difficult to discern clinically whether the cyst remnants are present, adding to the scar feel. A small excision would take care of both. However, a less invasive technique is injection of steroid, which causes shrinkage of scar and/or cyst.
