Migraine, epilepsy, reynaud's, arthritis, transient thrombophlebitis diagnosed over 30 years ago. these have not changed. why should i be retested?

Can be other causes: Frequent migraines can lead to brain white matter and subcortical changes. I suggest you get a new mri. Also, even though you think that the headache is a migraine, there may be other causes of your headaches and should be re-investigated. There also could be other reasons for having seizures and should be investigated further. You may have developed other causes of arthritis which may need furthe.

Yes you should: Every year we have one more specific testing available. What was done 30 years ago, our even last year can be updated appropriately. Diagnostic testing changes. Definition of disease criteria change. Your problems may fall under a single disease diagnostic category . Testing for some the problems you have was not available 30 years ago.
