Are migraines and partial epilepsy related? if so can certain things trigger epilepsy like there are migraine triggers?

They are related in: that both have to do with the brain. Migraine is felt to be caused by blood vessels contacting and dilating. Epilepsy has to do with the electrical activity of the brain. The both have triggers and both happen spontaneously. Mitch is interesting that similar medicines help both.
