Some help!: Much of pigmentation problems is not do directly to psoriasis, but scratching lesions and getting secondary low grade infections. This is self-excorriation, and may occur during sleep. A compbiantion h1 and h2 blocker can help with itching. If due to severe psoriasis or secondary infection, skin "lighteners" can help. Laser therapy is also an expensive option! improvement will occur with time!
