You need a diagnosis: It sounds like your daughter has developmental delays with associated seizure disorder. You should ask your doctor what he/she thinks caused her delays. Information that would be important includes your wife's pregnancy, labor & delivery course. Growth and development of your child up to this event. Stem cell therapy is a very specific treatment & is diagnosis dependent.
