Constipation : You report constipation, which can account for your symptoms. Would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist to rule out other possibilities.

Could be bad!: This could be any number of things including, unfortunately, a tumor. Could also be diverticular disease, or simply constipation. But please do not take these symptoms lightly. You need to be evaluated asap! need colonoscopy!
