No: Celiac disease is a autoimmune , digestive disease, causing malabsorption , due to gluten sensitivity initial symptoms with abdominal bloating, pain diarrhea, followed by other symptoms, including depression .Chronic pelvic pain is not one of them, if occurs it is very rare.
