Yes: Yes. It is safe but you should use preservative free artificial tears and do not use them within 30 minutes of the other medications.

Usually: As long as you are waiting at least 5-10 minutes after your glaucoma drops. Otherwise you may be rinsing out medication. Make sure you don't use "red out" drops as these might affect your glaucoma.
