Routine OB visit: Some doctors refer to a normal routine OB visit as a baby check. In general we will check your blood pressure, urine protein, weight, uterine growth and fetal heart beat. We also will address any concerns or questions the mom has and go over the common issues at that time of the pregnancy.

Growth & Development: Well baby checks are exams at regular, strategic intervals to assess your child's physical growth and neurological development; to review nutrition and safety recommendations relevant to his/her age, to discuss and administer immunizations, counsel you on what to expect and be aware of in upcoming months (what we call "anticipatory guidance"), and answer any questions and concerns that you have.
