Speak 2 your Dentist: There are a number causes for the discomfort. Let your dentist know & they can usually figure out why and how to fix it. Sometimes the tooth will shift slightly & the bite on the filling or another part of the tooth may me high & need adjustment. The preparation of the tooth & removal of the tooth can inflame the pulp.
