Natural: Lifestyle modifications is the first step. Try to start with deodorant to your feet and toes after showers and drying them. This helps prevent sweat in feet that could be the underlying cause of fungus. Next, clean it toss all old socks, shoes because fungus is hard to get rid of due to constant reinfection in old socks and shoes. Start there.

Keep feet dry: Another "natural" remedy used commonly is melaleuca/tea tree oil. It has some anti fungal properties. Fungi like dark, warm, sweaty environments, so using powders to keep the feet dry, wearing slippers with open toes (flip flops) when possible helps! There's much less athlete's foot in Hawaii than there is in Seattle!
