See below: Senile (def. ) is relating to or exhibiting or characteristic of old age, meaning that the onset of dementia is after the age of 65. Uncomplicated means that its form is not as severe as some other dementias, e.g. Alzheimer's.

Usually Alzheimers : before the 1970's Alzheimers was thought to be rare and develop before age 65. It was also wrongly thought that all older people developed senility or dementia. So the term senile dementia was used but this is now known to be late onset Alzheimer's. Uncomplicated usually means without behavior disturbance.
