Maybe: "longer colons" are usually the result of chronic constipation which can increase your risk for colon polyps and cancer.

Not that we know of: Research shows colon cancer can develop in any section of the colon, and the length is not a risk factor. Constipation, common in patients with longer colons, is a slight risk factor.
