Keep Warm: Fingers are prone to cold, overuse and inflammation. Use large-handled devices with soft grips. Keep hands warm when outdoors. Avoid smoking (which constricts blood flow). Consider home paraffin dips for a morning exercise routine. Check with your doctor about possible carpel tunnel syndrome which is common in arthritis conditions, and can be treated with splints and exercise.
