Yes...: Tetracycline antibiotics bind to calcium (which is why you shouldn't take them with milk). When the teeth are forming, the calcium crystals form to make enamel and dentin--incorporating the drug into the tooth structure. A similar thing happens to bone.

Depends on your age: Minocycline is a form of tetracycline. Tetracyclines will stain teeth when they are developing. So, if you are a child Minocycline is contraindicated. As an adult, you don't have to worry about staining.
