Different structures: The ucl is the ligament holding the bones together on the inside of the elbow while the medial epicondyle is where the muscles attach at the inside of the elbow. Although they are different structures, as long as the elbow is stable the treatments are similar. Range of motion and strengthening exercises, ice and anti-inflamatories. Talk to your doctor to get the specifics about treatment.
