NO: Not possible for multiple reasons: it s a major operation and anesthesia could lead to termination of pregnancy. The drugs needed to prevent rejection are given at high levels early in the transplant. These high levels would be dangerous during pregnancy. It is possible, however, to become pregnant once you have a kidney transplant that is well-established.
