Not long!: First the dentist will get a clincheck, usually within a few weeks of case submission. Once the clincheck is approved, it takes a few additional weeks to get the first set of aligners.

4-6 weeks: The processing of invisalign is complex, detailed, and individualized. It is not like taking an order for a one-size fits all item. Consequently, the typical turn-around time has been from 4-6 weeks. As digital intraoral scanners have increased in popularity as an alternative to traditional impressions, this time for fabrication may get shorter.

2 week or less: Generally two week. Sometimes adjustment need to be made, and there is a back and forth between clinician and technician. However it can be much faster if a digital itero impression is made. Then a clincheck can almost be completed overnight. Once the clincheck is approved the aligners come in 10 days.

About 2 weeks: It usually takes about 10 business days. But if invisalign is stacked up, it may be a little longer.

3-6 weeks: depends on how much back-and-forth the orthodontist needs in working the case with invisalign once the initial clincheck has been created for their review
