Possibly: The hallmark of fibromyalgia is widespread muscle pain, however many people with fibromyalgia also have insomnia. Gastrointestinal complaints are also common especially irritable bowel syndrome syndrome but some patients do complain of nausea.

Well: Not classically; fibromyalgia is on a spectrum called "functional somatic syndromes", pain out of proportion to tissue damage. Roughly 70% of pts will have insomnia. Lack of deep wave sleep doesn't allow muscular relaxation, inhibiting blood flow into muscle spasm. A neurologic superhighway evolves, with increased pain sensation. Teeth clinch at night may be a problem; the nausea-tryzantac 150.
