Depends: Prognosis for metastatic sarcoma to the lung depends on the type of sarcoma, extent of involvement, duration of disease-free interval before metastases appeared etc. The prognosis varies for each patient based on these & several other factors. Talk to your treating doctor to discuss how it relates to your clinical situation.
