Can changing from glasses to contacts cause bags or dark circles to form under the eyes?

Contacts: If the contacts are causing irritation in the eyes, it may induce some swelling in the eyelids which may look like bags or dark circles under the eyes. You may be noticing the bags and dark circles that are blocked by your glasses frames previously as well. Try cool compresses, artificial tears, allergy meds, and makeup concealers. Something dermal filler and/or laser skin treatments can help.
