Not as good but....: Exercise, bracing, and splinting can help. Warmth (warm water) gives relief. Immobility stiffens. Otc aleve, (naproxen) Motrin will help. Capsaicin creams will alleviate pain over knne, hands, ankles, and feet. Weight loss is important for weight bearing joint pain, back-knee, hips, feet.
