Aggressive: Losing 1 kg per week can be an aggressive goal for some patients. Whether this is appropriate for you depends on your starting weight. Your milk supply depends a lot on your hydration status, so drinking plenty of fluid, and making sure you have an adequate vitamin supply will be very important. Both weight lost and breastfeeding are important. Take a multi-vitamin, and good luck!
