Go to the ER now...: Testicular pain is a seconds to minutes emergency and you must rule out testicular torsion, which is a twisting of the vessels leading to the testicle. If not corrected by surgery immediately you will lose your testicle if in fact there is a testicular torsion. There are other less emergent problems that need to be taken care of like epidydimitis, but you need to rule out a torsion first.
