No: Adrenal tumors less than 4 or 5 cm do not need to be removed or treated unless they appear malignant on ct scan or MRI (not common) or produce hormones. Your doc should order blood and/or urine tests to rule out hormone production. If ok a ct in 6 months is usually warranted, but nothing further.

Depends: Most adrenal nodules this size are not dangerous and do not need to be removed. However, you should be tested to make sure the nodule is not hormonally active, because some adrenal masses can cause dangerously high blood pressure, low potassium levels, obesity, sex hormone ambiguity or other endocrine problems. Medical therapy will not shrink adrenal masses.

Not necessarily: With ct scans, adrenal gland tumors are seen with increasing frequency. If greater than 4 cm, they should be removed because of risk for adrenal cancer- unless there are contraindications. If smaller, it needs to be evaluated further with imaging- that may show it is benign and/or testing to see if it is functioning- making shormones othat can cause other problems.
