Depends on…: What goal level is supposed to be. Usually doc prescribing anticoagulant will advise u of current level, target level, & whether u should stay on same dose or increase or decrease it & when you should have blood test again. Also be aware of what foods can interfere with Coumadin (warfarin) levels.

This suggests: You need more Coumadin (warfarin) assuming you need an int of 2 or greater.
