Hello doc, had uti with klebisiella (sensitive to cefixime ). after some time i again have the same problem, do let me know a permanent solution please ?

See a urologist.: If you had a prior urinary tract infection with these same symptoms, & resolved with appropriate therapy, you are likely experiencing an infection this time as well. Regardless, you should get evaluated to document the infection with a urine culture, get appropriate treatment, and look for factors that might be leading to recurrent infections. If the blood continues, further workup is needed.
