No exercises: Genu valgum (knock knees) will occasionally go away by itself, but that is unlikely to happen at thirteen. If the child still has considerable growth remaining, a relatively small surgery (growth modulation) can completely correct the issue. If the deformity is severe enough, it can cause arthritis down the road. See a pediatric orthopaedist for a complete evaluation.
