Don't delay: Asthma is not a disease to take lightly or ignore. If night time symptoms occur more than twice a month or day symptoms more than twice a week, asthma is not controlled. There are many triggers that should be evaluated for and with nasal congestion, consideration to allergies and sinus issues is high. There are many excellent medications available to treat asthma and allergies. Relief is there.
