How can i get rid of sever body acne?

Very tough question.: Simple question, but not easy to answer. It is easier to prevent acne than treating severe acne because severe/cystic acnes will cause scars which are permanent. Inflammatory acne are often treated with topical benzoy/antibiotic combo or oral antibiotics. If severe, acutane is what you will likely need..It is best to consult doc for individualized treatment.
