Maybe shared reason: A single umbilical artery (sua) can be associated with vascular structural abnormalities, skeletal, intestinal or kidney problems, but doesn't cause them, but rather signals their presence. The ltmb is probably unrelated. Sometimes there may be a syndrome that includes sua. Most babies with sua are completely well.

No: The single umbilical artery did not cause those issues. Single umbilical arteries are related to many issues (though not specifically related to the lesions you mentioned). But nevertheless, it was not the cause per se.
