Big head: The most striking thing is how head the head seems in relation to the rest of the body. But the baby will have arms, legs, no genitalia yet though.

A 3 month old: There is no real answer to this question, other than evry individual is created differently and your baby will slowly start to develop individual features of his/her own as he/she continues to grow and mature. Good luck with your new baby!
