Callouses: You can go to a podiatrist and have them professionally trimmed, use more cushioned insoles, friction minimalizing socks (thor-lo's), use a pumice bar or stone, otc callous trimmers at a pharmacy, regular moisturizer to keep the skin soft, etc...
