No: Extremely unlikely. Because SVT causes the heart to beat very fast, patients with underlying heart problems can get into trouble but this is a rare scenario.

Uncommon but yes: Yes if the heart rate is too fast & not treated for some time associated with drop in blood pressure.This can happen in a condition called wolf parkinson white syndrome.
